According to the Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data," this privacy policy applies to the personal data of members of our Association, business partners, other persons who contact us and visit us, as well as their representatives, potential employees, trainees, partners or persons attending events organized by the Vinnytsia IT Association or with its participation. It applies to data collected through our website https://www.it-vn.org.ua/ and to all other personal data that we collect through e-mail or other offline contacts or in the context of events organized by or with the participation of the Association of Vinnytsia.

In the context of your interaction with the IT Association of Vinnytsia, you, as an individual, may be subject to data processing activities that we perform.

 

What personal information do we collect about you?

 

We may collect your personal information during our business, including when you use our website, when you contact us or request information, when you use our services, or as a result of your dealings with one or more of our employees.

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

If the data is requested directly from you, the IT Association of Vinnytsia kindly asks you to provide all categories of personal data that we request for the above purposes. Otherwise, we will not be able to perform our activities (in particular, to provide you with our services).

 

If you provide the IT Association of Vinnytsia with other individuals' personal data, we ask that you inform them before such disclosure of the manner in which the IT Association of Vinnytsia intends to process their personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which this data protection policy collects it. We may retain some information longer if required to comply with other legal requirements. We keep member/customer information for 12 months after the member/customer no longer has a valid, ongoing relationship with us.


 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

The Vinnytsia IT Association is released from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy regarding the consumer's Personal Data if the consumer independently publicly discloses personal data.

 

The Vinnytsia IT Association has the right to distribute the consumer's personal data if the information obtained from the personal data is socially necessary, i.e., a matter of public interest, and the public's right to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its dissemination.

 

IT Association of Vinnytsia does not transfer personal data to third parties except when such transfer is required by law, at the request of the subject of personal data, or in other cases outlined in this Privacy Policy. The IT Association of Vinnytsia takes all possible measures to protect users' personal information voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Company.

 

The Site may contain links to other websites (exclusively for informational purposes). This Privacy Policy will not apply to other websites if you link to other websites. In this regard, the IT Association of Vinnytsia recommends that you familiarize yourself with the policy in the field of privacy and personal data of each site before transferring personal data by which the user can be identified.

  • Receive information about the sources of collection and the place of storage of your data, the purpose of their processing;

  • receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom your data is transferred;

  • receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except for the cases stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data") information on the processing and use of your data;

  • submit a reasoned claim to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of your data;

  • file complaints about the processing of your data by the owner or administrator of personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or the court;

  • apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;

  • withdraw consent to the processing of your data.


 

Personal data is stored in automated systems and on electronic media of IT VN at 21021Kosmonautiv, Ave, Vinnytsia 21021.

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will take effect within seven days after the new version is published on the Vinnytsia IT Association website.
