URTF is an educational program from Visionest Institute on the Diia platform. Businesses for citizens of Ukraine, IDPs, entrepreneurs, specialists, and heads of organizations who plan to create or participate in international projects for the reconstruction and reconstruction of Ukraine.

Representatives of IT VN Association companies, Luxoft, Me.develop studio, and CEO IT VN serve as digital mentors for seven Ukrainian SMEs in the program.

Results

• 730+ applications from all corners of Ukraine

• 300 participants underwent a rigorous selection process, with 200+ reaching the finals and receiving an EU-recognized certificate

• 100+ individuals received personalized support from digital mentors

• 6 international trainers from Estonia, Finland, Italy, the UK, and Germany, alongside 20 digital mentors

• 5 full-fledged investment projects developed by regional teams under the guidance of mentors from Germany, Estonia, and Finland
