The Ukrainian Outsourcing Summit, held in Kyiv, discussed current challenges and prospects for Ukrainian IT business. Representatives of the government, tech clusters, businesses, and donor organizations worked together to identify strategies that would allow the tech industry to survive and grow in the face of war.
Among the important topics was the presentation of the CodeUA tech marketplace, which brings together Ukrainian tech companies with global customers. More than 300 companies joined the platform within a week of its launch
The IT Research Ukraine 2024 survey results were also presented. They show that despite the war, 68% of IT companies managed to maintain or even increase their revenue. This shows that Ukrainian companies are finding new development opportunities despite the difficult conditions.
It is worth noting that representatives of the IT Association member companies, namely SoftServe, Sigma Software, and Lampa Software, spoke at the summit, sharing their expertise and practical insights with the participants. Also, the CEO of Vinnytsia IT Association took part in a panel discussion where she shared with representatives of other clusters the experience of cooperation with European clusters in times of war, in particular, further plans for partnerships with Vinnytsia's sister cities
We express our gratitude to Lviv IT Cluster for organizing the event well and creating a platform for discussing key industry challenges and opportunities. Such initiatives help the tech sector find new growth points and consolidate efforts for common success.
